The Italian Institute of Photography hosts, from November 14 to December 6, the photographic exhibition “Trash apocalypse” of the former student of the Professional Course Biennial of Photography Clara Parmigiani.
The new edition of the festival is dedicated to the theme “A Glitch in the System, deconstructing stereotypes” to respond to which the project of the young photographer dedicated to the threats and challenges that excessive pollution is facing the planet has been selected.
“Trash apocalypse” is a fashion story inspired by the need to replace the current model of development, based on consumerism, materialism and individualism, with a solidary and sustainable model, in which man exercises his freedom responsibly.
The project therefore wants to launch a warning about the environmental impact that excess production and consumption have on our planet.
